Our customer service team provides support to plan members, providers and patient care coordinators with coverage available across all time zones. Our team is prepared to answer plan detail questions, including pricing, credentialing, reimbursement, and product information.
Our credentialing team ensures that all providers meet the requirements of our plan partners. All necessary provider information is obtained prior to being added to our network, including all license and insurance information. We regularly contact providers to ensure updated and current documents are on file.
Administration and Network Management
YHN Network Managers work with our plan partners to support the launch of their program into our network. Your Network Manager will help address any questions or concerns that arise during the plan implementation process to ensure a successful launch. Once your plan is launched, our Network Managers keep in constant contact with our partners to review plan utilization.
Our dedicated Case Managers are trained network support specialists and will act as the control tower on behalf of the plan, handling referral calls from your members or directly from you. Case managers handle the collection of patient data and coordinate patient scheduling with a YHN provider.
Marketing and Communications
Prior to introduction, our team develops a detailed overview of your program for placement on the YHN website. Plan introduction emails, as well as any important updates once the plan is available, are distributed to the entire provider network. We will also work with you to develop a marketing program to expand our partnership and promote our services to your patients.

In order to join YHN and begin accepting referrals from new plan partners, all providers must first undergo our in-depth credentialing process. This ensures that all provider referrals receive top-notch care and service from providers.
